Excerpt from a recent news item at Forbes website, dated 27thAug'2008 (http://www.forbes.com/feeds/ap/2008/08/27/ap5361476.html) : - Police traded fire Wednesday with militants allegedly holding six people hostage, including four children, in a building in Indian-administered Kashmir." I've emboldened the part that is objectionable to me. Last time I checked, Kashmir was still a part of India, and it is Pakistan and China who're administering some parts of Kashmir. Time for the Forbes guys to give their editors a class in history. Atleast till the time Kashmir issue is resolved Kashmir will stay a part of India, or, forbes is projecting itself as a mouthpiece of Kashmiri people ? (that's unlikely). This snippet from their report is infact a reflection of the American arrogance, their complete disregard to the political stands of other sovereign countries. I don't give a damn to what they think, but, they should atleast keep their facts politically and diplomatically correct.
